Different Thinking was established to help manufacturing organisations move from reactive performance to stable, predictable operation. We work with sites where performance matters daily but repeated issues, inconsistency and firefighting have become normal. Our focus is not on introducing programmes or adding layers of process. It is on strengthening leadership alignment, daily management routines and frontline capability so that performance stabilises and improvement becomes part of how work runs.
Our background spans operations, supply chain and senior leadership within manufacturing environments. We understand how work is planned, handed over and improve, and where it typically breaks down. That practical experience shapes how we support our clients: building simple, joined-up systems that solve problems at source, reduce escalation and create sustainable performance without dependency.
