P-OpEx Practitioner of Operational Excellence
The Practitioner of Operational Excellence certification covers the implementation of the foundation of the Operational Excellence temple.
From start to finish, all the steps and key methods needed are trained, as well as how to hold the gains.
The Practitioner of Operational Excellence will be perfectly suited to lead Kaizen initiatives. 5S, 5 Why and SMED are just some examples of the methods covered in this level.
S-OpEx Specialist of Operational Excellence
The Specialist of Operational Excellence certification level covers the implementation of the temple pillars.
All technical aspects are covered including leadership of change and support of the Practitioner level work.
